Option to set the background as user likes to

An option to have the background Transparent, or transparent settings with pictures or transparent with short -/movie or transparent with gif animation and/or whatever.

Frame speed maybe?

Background color Change?

Size setting about icons and separated text size, every column separated settings, preferably everything separated sizable.

Separated text colors?

A clock option?

Account picture option?

Option to use any icon created/downloaded by user?
With Help Information How & What, Icon Sizes too.

Text to Speak options?
